EU Right of Withdrawal

General Rule

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online.

However, an exception applies to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or goods that are clearly personalised. EU consumer guidance also identifies made-to-order goods among the categories for which the withdrawal right may not apply.

Our Made-to-Order Products

All garments sold through our website are manufactured after an order is placed. We do not sell our garments as finished, ready-made inventory that is simply selected from stock after purchase.

Where the applicable EU legal exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications, made to order, or clearly personalised applies, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

This does not depend solely on whether a customer selects a standard or custom size. Our production process begins specifically in response to the customer's order.

Cancellation Policy

Separately from any statutory consumer rights, we allow customers to request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within this period. After 1 hour, the order may have entered production and cancellation will generally no longer be available.

Our 1-hour cancellation policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Products

The made-to-order exception does not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
