Every piece is stitched for you after you order.
We stitch to your body measurements and add tailoring ease, as is standard practice, so the finished piece measures a little more than you do.
Hand-finished garments can vary slightly; small measurement tolerances are normal.
Lengths follow the design. Bigger changes are made only with your agreement.
Pieces made to your measurements can't be returned for a change of mind.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away, within 24 hours of delivery.
