How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces in stitched sizes take 3 to 4 weeks to prepare, excluding shipping. Unstitched pieces take about 15 days. Pieces marked Express are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination.
What's the difference between stitched and unstitched?
Made-to-order stitched pieces are made to a standard size or to your measurements and take 3 to 4 weeks to prepare. Unstitched pieces are sent as fabric, without stitching, and take about 15 days. Both times exclude shipping. Pieces marked Express are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size on the product page, share your body measurements and your outfit is stitched to them. Tailoring ease is added to your measurements, as is standard practice.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on the product page, or our general Size guide. If you're unsure, message us before you order and we'll help you choose.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to the UK, EU, Gulf, USA and more than 50 countries. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Orders delivered outside the UK may have customs charges on delivery.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
Orders delivered outside the UK may have customs charges, set by the destination country. You'll find more in our Shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by email or SMS. If you're signed in, your account shows your order status. Checked out as a guest? Send us a request on our Track order page and we'll usually reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Are your designer pieces authentic?
Yes. Every piece is sourced from the designer, their official outlets or verified stockists. See how we source our pieces and how to spot a replica.
Do you check orders before dispatch?
Yes. Every order is quality-checked before it's dispatched.
Can I return my order?
Pieces made to your measurements can't be returned for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Yes. The reviews on our site are from real customers.
