House of Maryam® primarily offers standard shipping.

Where time permits, standard shipping remains the recommended option. In time-sensitive situations, our support team may recommend an express shipping service to help meet your event date, where available.

2. Order Preparation & Processing

Many of our garments are prepared specifically for each customer and may require stitching, finishing, quality inspection, or designer handling before dispatch.

Preparation time varies depending on the designer, current production schedule, garment complexity, and order volume.

For the most accurate delivery estimate, we recommend contacting our team via WhatsApp with the product link and your event date before placing an order.

As a general guide:

• Ready-to-wear (Pret) items may be delivered sooner.

• Orders with earlier event dates may be prioritised within the production schedule where reasonably possible.

• Estimated preparation and delivery timelines displayed on our website should be used as a general guide only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions.

• Delivery destination.

• Selected shipping service.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on courier operations, international transportation networks, customs procedures, destination country processing, and other external factors including public holidays, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, geopolitical events, and regional disruptions.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, these circumstances are outside our control and may affect transit times. We will gladly assist in monitoring shipments and providing updates whenever possible.

5. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery where applicable.

Customers are encouraged to review their local import regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout transit.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

House of Maryam® cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

8. Courier Partners

To provide reliable worldwide delivery, we work with trusted international courier partners, including but not limited to:

• DHL

• SkyNet

• DPD

• UPS

Courier selection is based on destination, service availability, operational efficiency, and logistics requirements.

9. Customs & External Delays

Customs inspections, regulatory reviews, security checks, and clearance procedures are conducted solely by the relevant authorities in the destination country.

House of Maryam® has no control over these processes and cannot guarantee customs clearance times.

Where possible, we will provide any documentation reasonably required to assist with customs processing.

10. Fulfilment & Dispatch
House of Maryam® is a UK registered private limited company.

To provide access to authentic designer collections and custom-made garments, orders are fulfilled through our specialist production and fulfilment network. Depending on the designer, production allocation, garment type, and stock availability, orders are prepared and dispatched from our production and fulfilment facility in Lahore, Pakistan, or other authorised production partners where applicable.

Many garments are individually stitched, finished, quality inspected, and prepared specifically for each customer before dispatch. As a result, deliveries involve international transportation and customs processing before reaching the destination country.

The delivery estimates provided on our website already take this fulfilment process into account.
